Lead Growth Marketer

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven growth marketer to build and scale Kong's product-led growth engine. The Lead Growth Marketer will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing to establish the foundations of growth marketing at Kong, driving acquisition, activation, and expansion across our self-serve product motions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, ideally at a developer-focused or infrastructure SaaS company
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in self-serve conversion, activation, or expansion metrics
• Highly analytical with hands-on experience in marketing automation, product analytics, and A/B testing tools
