We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the ongoing reliability, safety, and compliance of our equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Maintenance or Engineering Management role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Excellent working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within process or polymer manufacturing
- Working knowledge of PUWER, machinery safety regulations, and HSE requirements
- Demonstrated experience implementing TPM or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Experience managing maintenance KPIs, budgets, and engineering projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and the ability to be both proactive and reactive
