Cybersecurity Resource Manager (TS/SCI)

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Resource Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. This is a Hybrid position that requires 1-4 days on-site. The Cybersecurity Resource Manager is a senior, execution-focused financial management professional responsible for full-spectrum planning, execution, and oversight of the Directorate’s internal budget.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in DoD financial management, budget execution, or contract funding
• Proven experience in creating and managing funding packages, including IGCEs, PWSs, and DD Form 7600a
• Significant experience with MIPR/PR preparation and processing
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing spend plans
• Experience in preparing and presenting budget execution reports to senior leadership
• Expert knowledge of DoD financial management policies, regulations, and procedures
• In-depth understanding of RDTE and O&M funding rules and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
