Requirements

• Provides advanced expertise and leadership in endpoint engineering and management services
• Serves as a key specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint management solutions
• Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive endpoint engineering strategies
• Ensures seamless integration of endpoint management solutions with DHA's existing IT infrastructure and security controls
• Develops and implements robust endpoint security measures
• Leads initiatives to standardize and optimize endpoint configurations across the DHA network
• Collaborates with cybersecurity teams to integrate endpoint management solutions with broader security operations
• Oversee the implementation and management of patch management processes for all endpoints
• Develops and implements strategies for secure remote access and telework capabilities
• Leads efforts to automate endpoint management processes
• Provides expert guidance on endpoint engineering best practices
• Develops and delivers training programs to ensure all relevant personnel understand and adhere to established endpoint management policies and procedures
• Collaborates with clinical engineering teams to develop secure management strategies for medical devices and other specialized endpoints
• Generates regular reports on the state of endpoint management within DHA
