Job Description
Tuknik Government Services is seeking an IT Program Manager to support TGS and our government customer in Camp Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with contracts and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in a federal environment
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a federal environment
- Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and technology trends
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging federal clients/stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in contract administration, analysis, and compliance
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
- Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP, CCIE, MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent
