Project Manager

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Aberdeen, MD. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with technical skills to ensure successful delivery of IT services across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Lead and directly supervise a team of 20+ IT professionals while actively participating in project delivery
• Plan, execute, and close out projects related to IT support services at various client locations
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets aligned with contract requirements
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues, and performance metrics to program leadership
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Serve as a technical liaison between the client, program management, and delivery teams
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, service level agreements, and quality standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with other project managers and technical leads to ensure consistent service delivery
• Participate in client meetings and status reviews as a subject matter expert
