Job Description
Arlluk Technology Solutions is seeking a Tier 1 Network Administrator to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in IT, computer science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in network administration or technical support
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, devices, and monitoring tools
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations
