Job Description
Support production operations by maintaining test equipment availability, reliability, and compliance. Troubleshoot and repair complex test systems, including RF test equipment and Environmental Stress Screening chambers.
Requirements
- Independently troubleshoot and restore downtime to production test equipment
- Diagnose and repair complex test systems
- Perform equipment calibration, verification, and functional checks
- Repair, replace, and fabricate wire harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors, and electro-mechanical components
- Troubleshoot automated test software issues
- Document troubleshooting activities, repairs, calibration actions, and equipment status
- Coordinate with external calibration services, equipment vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to less experienced technicians
- Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to avionics and aerospace manufacturing environments
