We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to strengthen our team in the successful management of our construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• A completed technical education at HBO or WO level, preferably in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or comparable.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
• Demonstrated decisiveness in complex situations.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• In possession of a valid VCA certificate.
• In possession of a valid driving license B.
