Requirements

• Work on resolving a backlog of backend and SEO-impacting technical tickets to improve overall site performance, stability, and visibility.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and components using Elixir/Phoenix.
• Implement integrations, APIs, and data workflows that support application scalability and reliability.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices for security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, SEO, front-end) to deliver backend solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve backend functionality across distributed systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system improvements, and backend optimization initiatives.
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities.
