Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities
- Deep knowledge of postal operations in letter and flat processing, sortation and delivery
- System and concept level knowledge of parcel automation, processing and sortation
- Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking with a track record of developing and executing account growth plans
- High-level financial acumen, including P&L oversight and contract negotiation
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
