Financial Accountant

Kota is seeking a Financial Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, month-end close, statutory compliance, and reporting needs in a dynamic environment. The role offers exposure to all aspects of finance and opportunities to shape processes as the company grows.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, AITI or equivalent)
• 2–4+ years' experience in accounting, audit, or similar role
• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive, curious, and eager to improve processes
