Relationship Manager - Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

We are seeking a high-energy Relationship Manager to drive business growth in the MSME sector, focusing on Agri-related industries, food processing, and manufacturing. The role requires strong network, negotiation, and follow-up skills, as well as a deep understanding of working capital finance. Field work is 80% of the time, with 20% office work.

Requirements

• Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries
• Ensure quality and size of business through effective lead generation and conversion
• Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore
• Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month
• Meet at least 2 new leads daily
• Build and manage relationships with CAs, financial consultants, DMAs, and Kotak Bank branches
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, trade finance, CMS, treasury, legal, operations)
• Adhere to the mantra of ‘Speed, Scale, and Skill’ in all business activities
