Team Member-SUPPORT SERVICES-CSR

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking a CSR Team Member to contribute to the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. The role involves project ideation, partner evaluation, financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position is flexible, allowing for work from home and occasional office visits across various Indian geographies, particularly during the pandemic.

Requirements

• 1) M.A./ Masters in Social Work / MBA in Rural Management/Development Sector; TISS or equivalent
• Between 10 years to 15 years work experience
• Deep understanding of at least one of the following sectors: Education, Healthcare, Environment
• Strong communication and Excel skills
• Understanding of CSR rules/regulations
• Interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
• Strategic thinking
• Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork ability
• Embracing new ideas
