Performance Marketing Specialist

kovald is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency
• Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Ads Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
• Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce ad accounts with a strong track record of success
• Social Media Platform experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube
• Time-management skills
• Willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of Greek & English
