Job Description
The Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in supporting ProAct’s sales strategies, market development, and business growth. This position works closely with leadership and sales teams, driving pipeline development, sales tactics, and new business opportunities aligned with ProAct’s mission. It is a key position supporting growth initiatives within the third-party administrator (TPA) space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Master’s Degree)
- 10+ years experience in the PBM or related industry (Preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
