Job Description
Gains pharmacy practice experience under supervision, assisting licensed pharmacists with triaging prescriptions, processing and delivering them to patients, managing inventory, and assisting with insurance claims. This internship allows students to develop essential pharmacy skills and knowledge through hands-on training.
Requirements
- Valid, limited Intern permit to practice pharmacy under immediate personal supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Successful Completion of the first year of professional course work at an approved School of Pharmacy
- Experience as Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern (preferred)
