Job Description
The Assistant Manager will possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics and use this knowledge to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and operations. The role will involve conducting analysis of P&L and balance sheet statements, developing financial models, and supporting the execution of financial projects. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for process improvements, automation of reports, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management and alignment of project delivery with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA)
- Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, VBA
- Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo
- 10+ years relevant experience in Financial accounting, management accounting, and FP&A
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
