Assistant Manager

The Operations team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader to join the CH Operations team. The individual will work closely with the Business Unit's Chief Operating Officer (BU COO) and play a critical role in driving our strategic agenda, manage key relationships and processes, and support the CH leadership team (CH LT).

Requirements

• Lead and drive focus on key initiatives and priorities across the CH Operations team
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment and coordination of team members to achieve project objectives
• Conduct data analysis to drive decisions and strategic planning
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure operational excellence
• Organize and facilitate CH LT meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
• Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for CH LT and other leadership meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within KGS and onshore
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
