Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager in the Deal Advisory Integration & Separation (I&S) team to join a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting project office activities, leading I&S projects, coordinating with onshore teams, and handling financial models. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the M&A life cycle
- Strong knowledge of working on Day 1 Readiness, TSA and TOM development, Synergy Benefits and Communication Plans
- Project/programme management experience
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (Macros, VBA, etc.)
- International work experience preferred
