Consultant, Management Consulting

KPMG Ukraine is seeking a Consultant to support private and public sector clients with comprehensive management consulting services. The role involves strategy development, operational projects, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. The consultant will contribute to public sector development and offer coaching to junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse assignments and have a far-reaching impact.

Requirements

• Degree from a leading university
• At least 1 year of experience in strategic advisory, strategic marketing, corporate finance or equity research in a strategy consultancy, B4 firm, investment bank or large corporation
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, problem solving and structuring abilities
• Proven track record and experience in strategy development and operational projects
• Sound commercial acumen and background
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Ukrainian is a must
