Senior Consultant, Transaction Services

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Transaction Services team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role involves performing complex financial due diligence on M&A deals, providing advisory support to clients, and contributing to the team's operational needs. Requirements

• Degree from a leading Ukrainian or International University
• Working experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or financial analysis for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards
• ACCA/CPA passed papers will be a plus
• Knowledge of English at upper intermediate level
• Proficiency in Excel
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Analytical mindset

• Ability to work under pressure
