Assistant Manager - Finance Advisory

KPMG in India is seeking an Assistant Manager in Finance Advisory to join their teams in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, or Gurgaon. The role involves project management, financial reporting, client relationship management, and providing technical accounting and financial reporting support to international clients. KPMG India operates offices across India and offers global expertise to Indian businesses.

Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process
• Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
• Strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills
• Experience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuring
• Experience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantage
