Job Description
KPMG in India is seeking an Azure Data Engineer Consultant to design, implement, and manage data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The role involves data management, integration, storage, big data processing, data architecture, performance monitoring, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Requirements
- Design, implement, and manage data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Azure Data Factory.
- Work with various Azure data storage solutions like Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Utilize big data technologies such as Azure Databricks and Apache Spark to handle and analyze large datasets.
- Design and optimize data models and architectures to meet business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
