Manager - Internal Audit

KPMG India is seeking a Manager for its Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) function. This role involves leading GCC initiatives, identifying and developing solutions, providing guidance to clients, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the firm. The manager will work with various sectors and projects, maintaining strict adherence to quality and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience in working with GCCs (Internal Audit/SOPs/IFC/SOX/Data Analytics/Risk Management etc.)
• Strong knowledge of key solutions to GCCs
• Prior experience in client facing / account management roles
• Understanding of business processes and potential risks in operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to travel
