The role involves leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactor Compensation in end-to-end scenarios and working with the client on a global network. Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactor Compensation module experience
• More than 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SF Compensation
• Client-facing experience
• Team handling experience preferred
• Strong learning ability and adaptability
