Requirements
- Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies
