Job Description
Kraken is seeking a Client Technical Implementation Lead to support North American clients through their technology transformation journeys. The role involves managing a technology domain, collaborating with both tech and operational teams, and delivering solutions to client needs. Requirements
- Manage client relationships with product owners and business owners.
- Triaging and resolving client issues, providing knowledge base of how Kraken works.
- Summarising and articulating client needs and considerations.
- Supporting engineering with product feature delivery.
