Job Description
Kraken is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Customer Profile team. The role focuses on improving the experience for clients within the energy sector, by building an AI-driven platform that optimizes resource allocation, enables better customer service, and supports customer satisfaction. The team reorganizes into subgroups to improve focus and clarity.

- Proven experience leading large, complex products with multiple stakeholders and diverse user needs
- Experience with agile product development and user-centered design principles
