The role involves independent advising at management level, developing strategies and concepts, and supporting change processes. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (internal or external) in change management and organizational development
• Sound knowledge of change management processes and/or organizational development
• Excellent analytical or conceptual skills
• High customer focus, communication skills, and confident demeanor
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and high flexibility
• Fluent German and knowledge of the English language at a “business level”
