Job Description
KRB Machinery is seeking a Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites to install and maintain rebar handling machinery, conduct diagnostics and repairs, and train customers on safe operation and maintenance. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, passionate about customer service, and able to work independently with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
- Ability to work weekends and travel internationally for weeks at a time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Successful applicants undergo a standard background check and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs
