Job Description
Kreato Language Group LLC is a BPO specializing in language solutions, focusing on Medical, Customer Service, Social Services, Emergency, and Legal Interpretation. They are seeking full-time, remote English ↔ Spanish Interpreters to provide accurate consecutive interpretation, facilitating clear communication between providers and LEP individuals. The role requires strong medical and legal terminology knowledge and adherence to HIPAA.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Medical Interpretation
- Solid knowledge of medical, customer service, social services, and/or legal terminology
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or related field preferred
- Strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
- Wired internet connection (Ethernet, directly to router; no Wi-Fi)
- Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset
- Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
