Job Description
Kreato Global is a BPO company specializing in language solutions, focusing on Medical Interpretation through OPI and VRI. The entry-level English-Mandarin Medical Interpreter will provide accurate over-the-phone interpretation services between English and Mandarin in healthcare settings. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a commitment to 8 hours per day.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)
- HIPAA compliant
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday
