Backup / storage

We are seeking a Backup/Storage Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with backup and storage systems, including NetBackup, EMC, and NetApp. They will be responsible for implementing and supporting storage infrastructure, as well as managing backup and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storage architecture and be able to lead a team.

Requirements

• History with solid resources like NetBackup Command Line ADIC Tape Libraries UNIX System Administration and NetApp VTL devices
• Knowledgeable in creating backups for enterprise environments
• Experience with EMC Networker server, EMC data domain, and VBA
• Experience with CommCell and its allied media agents
• Experience with CIFS and NFS shares from storage boxes to servers
• Experience with capacity planning, data growth planning, and procurement
• Experience with bare metal recovery and restore operations
• Experience with designing EBR environment for backups from VMware vSphere
• Experience with managing MSSQL database backup and restore through NMM and Database agents
• Experience with configuring schedule, storage policies, and resource pools for backup
• Experience with configuring storage resources and media agents in Commcell
• Experience with Netapp, EMC (Clariion & DMX) with Netbackup Software as a backup Tool
