Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with disciplined, systematic problem solving skills to support various Windows operating systems, servers, and applications, including Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing tools and remote desktop connectivity applications.
Requirements
- Hands-on work experience with Windows Operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and ITSM ticketing tools
- Experience with remote desktop connectivity applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve JAVA and Flash player issues
- Support for laptop, desktops, printers, iPhone, Android mobile devices, and other common desktop applications
