Kriptomat is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to build and lead their CRM function from the ground up. The role will involve developing and executing customer engagement strategies, driving retention, and optimising the full customer journey through personalised communication channels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in CRM management within fintech, telecom, or other consumer-facing industries
- Experience with customer lifecycle strategies, retention programs, and engagement campaigns
- Familiarity with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms
- Data-Driven & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze CRM KPIs, segment user data, and translate insights into measurable improvements
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle stages
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and data teams in fast-paced environments
