Job Description
Kriya is seeking an exceptional Head of Risk to join its leadership team and take end-to-end ownership of risk strategy and execution across the business. The role involves leading the development and execution of Kriya's enterprise-wide risk framework, collaborating with various teams, and guiding a high-performing risk team.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in debt capital markets, structured finance or corporate banking
- STEM degree with strong analytical and decisioning skills
- Experience overseeing complex underwriting and deal structuring
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple dimensions of risk
- Proven ability to build and manage diversified portfolios and optimise risk-adjusted returns
- Advanced analytical skills: financial modeling, large-data interrogation and critical credit assessment
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Interest/Experience in leveraging AI tools
