Staff Pharmacist

Requirements

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Maintain a professional image and comply with company standards
• Achieve a thorough knowledge of the trade area and its competition
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, and policies/procedures
• Maintain proper records, inventory, and security on all scheduled drugs
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources
• Establish/maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance and company policies
• Maintain a clean, neat work area and ensure all product returns are handled in a timely fashion
• Make a strong and continuous effort to broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflict in a reasonable manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
