Kroll is seeking a Managing Director of Sales and Use Tax to lead and manage complex sales and use tax engagements for clients across various industries. This role involves developing planning strategies, securing compliance opportunities, and assisting clients with project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant sales and use tax consulting experience
• Substantial knowledge of sales and use tax statutes of various state and local jurisdictions
• Experience with Canadian VAT is helpful
• Excellent project management and presentation skills, including superior verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Previous experience leading a team of professionals and growing a sales tax practice
• Ability to motivate others in a professional services environment
