Job Description
Kroo Lending is a newly created role within their Lending function at Kroo, supporting the life milestones of their customers. They offer a bank-like service and aim to balance trust and financial independence for customers. This role focuses on data-driven credit decisioning, pricing, and performance monitoring, and collaboration with various teams within the bank.
Requirements
- Experienced UK consumer credit risk analyst
- Comfortable with credit bureau files and their application in origination scorecards
- Familiar with transaction data (Open Banking) and its interpretation
- Pragmatic, data-first mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Initiative and curiosity
- Experience using SQL and data management practices
