Requirements

• Professional experience in similar roles
• Proven experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as in quality control strategies and test planning
• Ability to design and implement manual and automated tests
• Experience in using testing and process management tools
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Ability to guide and manage test teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degrees or professional certifications are considered supplementary qualifications
