Job Description
We are seeking a talented Associate with 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a background in premise liability, construction, and other complex litigation, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Previous experience in civil and commercial litigation is preferred
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
- Member of Florida Bar in good standing, required
