Job Description
Kubicki Draper, P.A. is seeking an experienced Office Services Clerk for their Miami office. The role involves handling mail and files, providing administrative support, and contributing to a dynamic and inclusive team. The position is in-person and is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Prior law firm/office experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Familiar with drop box and zip files
- Familiar with postage machine usage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiar with general office equipment (copy/fax machines)
