Kuda is seeking a highly organized Internal Control Lead to support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Control (ERM & IC) in driving the bank's business strategy. This role focuses on driving financial and operational risk identification and remediation, promoting ethical conduct, and enhancing compliance. The successful candidate will lead a team, monitor controls, and leverage data analysis to improve risk management practices.
