As a Lean Manager, you will play a central role in the further development of our production, quality, and supply chain processes, analyzing processes, identifying optimization potential, and leading structured improvement projects from analysis to sustainable implementation.

• Leading interdisciplinary teams
• Analyzing production, quality, and supply chain processes
• Developing and implementing effective measures
• Applying and further developing Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methods
• Leading and implementing continuous improvement projects
• Optimizing production processes and testing and qualification infrastructure
• Coaching, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to employees in Green Belt projects
• Monitoring measures, evaluating their effectiveness, and preparing results for management
