As a Field Consultant at Kumon North America, you will drive success for franchisees, build relationships, promote growth, deliver expert support, and analyze and act to keep franchisees competitive and aligned with Kumon's brand values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in multi-unit service management or a similar role
- Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated area
- Proven ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and drive results
