Job Description
Formulate and implement strategic leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and rental revenue, manage a team, and work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property sectors
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships
- Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles
- Positive disposition and strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, an eye for details and work within timeline
