Job Description
The Assistant Manager Sales Operations - EU DMC will coordinate with clients to book hotels and land services, liaise with the fulfillment center, and ensure timely confirmations within budget and high operational quality. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in an EU DMC and strong communication skills in English.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in an EU DMC
- Strong communication (Written & Spoken) skills in English
- In-depth destination knowledge - Europe
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (data analysis in Excel)
