Requirements

• Ensure the delivery of high-level service to the group’s Sales teams, confirming reservations within deadline and maximising profit via the booking system
• Ensure timely and accurate system update for all bookings
• Ensure that all operations are done according to the procedures, policies and strategies set by the management
• Ensure that hotel complaints and problems are dealt with efficiency
