PROJECT Manager _ Congress

Project Manager will be integrated in our congress unit in Barcelona. PM will be responsible for managing several congresses in Europe, responsible for project acquisition, operational site, and invoicing process, involved in sales actions, and in close collaboration with congress units across Europe.

Requirements

• Profound education in the tourism/congress management sector
• Extensive experience and commercial knowledge of the congress association environment, key competitors, industry issues, and related technology
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Good knowledge using IT tools like MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Experience using IT in front office systems and/or back office accounting systems
• Fluency in English and at least 1 other European language
• Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) & IT literacy
• Problem solving skills
